This is downtown Annapoima, Colombia! Annapoima is approximately 70 K's from Bogota and at a significantly lower elevation than Bogota. Bogota is at about 9,000 feet altitude, air is very thin, and upon arrival, some folks have a problem breathing easily. I guess I am getting acclimated after a few years, as this time presented no problem.Annopoima has a year around 75-82 degrees, and is what I would consider a "tropical"climate. Fernando has a variety of fruits trees that flourish in this climate. This includes mango, avacado, orange, tangerine and lemons.
