The party is nearly over, and time for "cementing" new friendships with a bowl of the Hot soup that has been cooking in the " big 30 gallon drums on the open fire. Maybe a cerveza or two for the trek home.












The soup is Sancocho. Prepared from bones, vegatibles, ears of corn, and lots of seasoning. It is terrific!












I alwys try to "compliment"the Chef ! Here he is, taking a break late in the evening, after doing everything from killing and butchering the Buffalo to roasting.
